Make a complete commitment to playing a certain number of hands or tournaments at a lower level. You are going to have to learn some self discipline and force yourself to never deviate and bump up until you have met your goal. 2. Set a certain number of hours each week or day to studying poker instead of just mindlessly grinding.

well, something else would be better, but if nothing else fly out to vegas for a few days, hang with the boys and play some of the daily live tournies. Just avoid anything expensive entree wise and cash games.
But really a beach would be better. walk up to any single female you kinda know and say "hey, I'm going to the behamas for a few days and my friend can't go, you wanna go? you'll have your own room, no commietment, just hang out" personaly I was always too poor to use that approach, but I doubt you could go through 5 girls without getting a yes. You don't really look scary.

But, if all else fails, pm Irie. He could likely set it up sight unseen with pleasing results.
