I don't post much here anymore, but did a lot over the summer; i still lurk a lot

I'd be up to play HU. My SH (specifically HU and 3-handed)game needs a lot of work, and this will definitely help a lot. Over the summer I played some of the 2+2 tables running at party, and I learned a ton from those (specifically about blind attack/defense). I don't see why this would be any different.

I don't currently have any money at stars, but I can get some up in a couple of days. My sn is turbobrick2. Feel free to im me about anyting poker related as well.

j/k!

Congrats and thanks for all your great advice and moderating! I'm currently in Europe, So I'm not going to particpate in the HU thing this round for timing reasons, but thanks for your insight and initiative.

Now, if you really feel you owe something to us in the micros, how about getting Mat to give access to the skull and bonesesque moderator's forum for a day so we can get in on all the exclusive deals you guys get to enjoy there: Backstage passes to Mythbusters, free tuna and bacon sandwiches at Subway, free Disney DVD rentals from Blockbuster, special "photos" from notedpokerauthority.com. Come on! Hook us up!

I had a similarly good experience with CHUMP despite (or more likely in part because of) Bottomset absconding with the prize money (well done, sir). It was my first ever HU play and ranged from one marathon 3.5+ hour match with Sarge85 to the couple hundred hand ass whooping vs BatsShadow that sent me packing. Great experience that taught me a lot about my strengths and weaknesses. And, of course, gave a little more insight into variance from both sides.

I'm down with the HU fun if you're somehow short of opponents. Or just in general if anyone feels like having at it -- I usually need a day or so notice to make sure I can make time to play, but it's mostly working around other poker stuff so I'm flexible.
