You can find games outside the US (typically in 3rd world countries) that are +EV off the top of the shoe. I played a game in Europe (I will not disclose it publicly) that allowed early surrender VS Ace, making it slightly +EV. I know that Russia used to have a ton of +EV games (assuming they let you walk out alive with your winnings), but they've been hammered pretty hard by counters.

Default califoirnia card clubs

if you play @ any of the local california card clubs (bike, commerce, hustler, ect) they let you take turns banking the hands. When nobody wants to bank the tables a guy on seat 1 called the corporation banks the game.
