I have no idea, but that should be the least of your concerns right now.

At this point you have very little control over anything, but one thing you do have some control over is what, if anything your dad says. I cant stress enough the fact that somebody needs to get through to your dad at some point and make sure that he asserts his 5th Amendment right. Even very intelligent people are fooled into beliveing that they can talk themselves out of guilt.

Crazy how one day everything is normal, then all of a sudden a crazy incident happens.

The kids coming onto your parent's property can probably be proven by several witnesses.

The next few days will be a grind. Find a great lawyer, post his bond, and see what comes next.

I assume the kid is somewhere at the hospital?
