You rolled dude, I played 28,400 of 25-50NL 50./1.-2/4 full a little 1/2 6 max and ended up with 513 tiks. And I did play for tickets.

I haven't seen it mentioned yet, Last time unraked showdowns DID NOT count, Raked noshowdowns DID count.

Yikes. That is unreal. I must have been running amazingly hot. I just checked my numbers again to be sure but looks like my original post was correct. Might be because I chose tables where they were seeing a lot of showdowns, although I didn't really put much effort into table selection. Hopefully I can run as well this next time around.

Private tables won't be blue so they won't count towards the promotion...

for the medium players /last time 250 $ it means i have to play 50% more for 200$. Without me this time i will play a few hands for 20 [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

Yep, looks like it is the worst for someone who expects to be between top 176 to top 500 this time around just like they did last time.

Instead of getting $500 or $250 for your efforts, being 176th place for this promotion gives a person a mere $100 bucks. Ouch.

Though, from 676th place to 10,175th place in this promotion you can expect to get any of those: $75/$50/$25 as opposed to $50/$30/$20 in the last promotion being between 501st place to 10,000th place. Oh well.

There were a number of converstions regarding this during new years. I played for tickets and it was plus ev as i was in the last ten that hit the 1,100 mark. Still ran somewhere around 2bb, don't quite remember.
