NH. I'd play it exactly the same.
In regards to making a 4 small bet, I'd much rather do that with a hand like 76s which we can safely fold to a shove, or AA/KK/AK which we can call a shove with. KQs is good hand to see a flop with in position. |

I definitely take a flop with this hand in position against someone who has been 3 betting me.
I like flop. I kind of like raising to $35-$40 better than shoving though. It looks a little stronger IMO. |

The shove is to 59, I really dont want to raise to 35, having him flat call and a blank comes off on the turn.
