I shared some scrambled eggs with my one year-old daughter. I hadn't eaten yet, it was her lunch time, so I figured I'd make three eggs and feed her one. Mixed in a little cheese so she'd get some more fat.

Good times.

So when you're 90 years old and crapping your Depends while you play cribbage with a bunch of fellow fossils I'll bet you're gonna look back and be happy you ate so well so you could live that long. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

Not trying to last til 90, just trying look good with my shirt off and not have to worry about keeling over due to fatal intake of cheese fries.

Did that diet end up working for you? You cut out the alcohol? Also, any food > skipping lunch.
