im talking def yes... im not saying hes the best but i was arguing with op at dinner that he is definitely not the worst though he has lost a lot of range... he has been in the league for what 12 years or so [/ QUOTE ] If he's "lost a lot of range" since his "prime defensive years", he wouldn't move much beyond a 1 foot radius .

i would put jeter ahead of, in no particular order, the following ppl:
tejada renteria peralta furcal bartlett guillen eckstein ([censored] grit) uribe vizquel (even though i <3 him he has less range imo than jeter) flame on i guess

I can't speak for the other guys on that list because I don't know how they're judged statistically, but Uribe has been a top defensive SS for the past couple years now.

[/ QUOTE ] i am just going by what ive seen mostly and most white sox games i watch i find him to be sup bar though he has good range- his arm/accuracy is meh imo
