Yea its def not any two but we dont need any two for it to be +EV call. All we need is 33% as people have stated which makes this a call.

The pot odds are 2:1. 2:1 odds comes out as 66%:33% about percentage wise. So you need to win 33% of the time or more to make it a good call. Since our 10 outs from the two overs and and gutshot gives us 38% then its a good call.
