good point, no at this point I believe you should just fold because I believe this is rarely ever a bluff. That said if it turns out some lag is the hero and not you I doubt he'd ever fold once he 3-bet.

I don't make bets like that blindly just based on the value of my hand. Its to induce a certain action, more often than not vs a villain i have history with.

approximate a range before you make a raise like this, not after.

take a step back, breathe, and realize i like thinking like this as mental exercise. And its POSSIBLE this hand NEVER happened. ALL i want (as stated in the OP) is a range for villain, and a decision.
