By the way, if you did go for a turn c/r with 88/44, a river c/r is a good way to go (but it would be weird to go for a turn c/r with a set). Precisely because he calls with almost any K here.

P.S. - Villain's line is great when Hero is obviously playing pot control with one pair. He gets looked up very infrequently by most nitty tags imo.
