can you pay kinkos to mount it on a foam board?

This is what I was thinking. Or some craft/framing store like Michaels. I wonder how much it would cost.

I'm nowhere near my apartment right now, but if I was I'd put up a trip report of putting this up on my wall.

Bamboo Mural

It was a more vibrant green than the eBay pic. It looks sick. It's like I'm waking up in South East Asia.

My friend had a beach scene like that on one of his bedroom walls.

Yeah, I almost got that beach sunset scene like the one on the wall in Scarface when he shoots his boss. But the bamboo went better with my apartment.

Nice trip report, yasher. I still think poster putty is the way to go as opposed to double sided tape. If I had a camera, I'd take a picture of the Boondock Saints pic I have up now. It looks like this only 8x5 (dorm's aren't the best place for this). I also did it virtually for free since I used school paper and school ink (no way I'd spend $30 on this right now).

A paper cutter would have definitely been handy. I couldn't find my scissors, so I wound up using a razor. Very sloooooow and the sides aren't nice and perfectly square like what you could do with a paper cutter.

I'm playing around with the darth vader picture right now trying to see how large I can make it. The problem is that I'll have to do a "color" picture to make it shiny looking + I set dot size at 1mm. Making a 15 page file would be around 137mb using that dot size. Cost would have to be through the roof if I got it done at kinkos. I will probabally stick it on some sort of poster board for portability (since I'm moving out next year). I plan to have it nospaced. This project won't even be started until at least next week if that (finals comming up) and I'm going to have to assess the cost of printing out several color pictures.

I'll trip report it if I decide to go ahead with it.
