If gravity was higher, we'd all be a lot more ripped!

I could do with a few years of increased gravitation pull, imo.

Are you sure about that??? I'm pretty sure that it would affect the orbit. The mass of the earth changing would mean that the pull on the moon would change, which would cause the orbit to change. Right???
