I'd bin it. Bet size looks like a bluff or 2 pair+, but the latter is very possible. I think a lot of his hands you beat have a single pair and would check behind, he also could have been slowplaying T9.
What you are ahead of is a busted fl draw or 65, but the Ac is now good, you have the Kc. A lot of his other flush draws have hit a pair so I think they would check back.
