fwiw, I played a similar hand to this today at NL100. 3 limps to me in the blinds. I make it $6 and go to the flop 3 ways. $22 pot. T76r flop, I lead for $18, MP folds, btn shoves. I call because he was pretty active lately, but had a 1 AF in the hands I had with him. He had 76.

yeah... i hate this situation, normally i call this, because ppl usually dont play sets like this.
But here villain's AF is 1, i guess you have to fold here.
