We can push an equity edge by raising, we're pushing our edge but we're not necessairily pushing our all our chips. English is not my first language so I might be wrong... Edit: When posting in the limit forum people just the term all the time, and obv no-one was ever able to actually shove back then...

i think raising the turn is the best option. you have to fold if he shoves, but that is unlikely 200 BB's deep. you can raise and have the odds to see a river if he 3bets.
