There is such a thing as sexual harrassment. It happens all the time. The real issue is the penalty amount, $11.6M? I harrassed a chick last night. I had my hands all over her breasts and it cost me two bucks. I harrassed her at the strip club. In fact she like it so much, she even pointed me to the ATM machine to harrass her some more...

I hope Isaah is forced to pay something. Poisoning a work environment via sexual harrassment happens all the time. And it is very difficult for the women (usually) to deal with. The options are quitting, complaining, and ignoring. None of those usually work out.
As for his boneheaded moves, he inherited a disaster and has at least made it interesting. I hope this case goes to the supreme court. I would love to see Clarence Thomas's opinion.
