i don't doubt it really, and i have absolutely no knowledge of this particular case. all i'm saying is if it had gone down as i described, he would still be saying "he broke her arm for dropping a piece of cake"

from the reports and witnesses she cleaned it up but was still attacked. the justification for attacking the student videoing it on his phone I don't know.

that's a good argument you've got there btw.
fyi, I think rodney king deserved some if not all of his beating, the ;police who beat him got screwed because they got tried twice for the same offense, and in the LA riots I agree with former ;police chief darryl gates I think was his name who said the ;police should have shot people at the start of it instead of retreating.

also I didn't have police nor security guards at my high shcool, and I can't imagine one keeping his job after he broke the wrist of a girl, let alone stay out of jail.

Video (god some of you guys suck at the internet [not you, dayrn]) of some of the arrest. Can't see much. Nonetheless, it should be troubling to everyone that the police/police surrogates can arrest those who film them doing something wrong. Do we really want a world where real incidents of police brutality can be covered up by arresting those who try to expose it?

I like the one where a school security guard in some LA high school broke a girls arm for dropping a piece of cake in the cafeteria. oh, and then had her and her mother arrested. and they arrested a student and his sister I think who taped the incident on his cellphone.

god bless amerika

[/ QUOTE ]

yeah i'm sure this is exactly how it happened. a girl dropped a piece of cake, and the security guard was like WTF! I AM GONNA BREAK THAT CHICKS ARM! i'm sure that is exactly how it happened.

ugh i don't really know the rules in politics so i'll try not to be blatantly insulting, but i'm sure if she made a mess, and refused to clean it up somehow, maybe made a scene, and then when told to leave took a swing at the security guard and was then wrestled to the ground breaking her arm in the process.. you'd say he broke her arm for dropping a piece of cake.

[/ QUOTE ]

Well, he had to subdue her, and its not like he could just tase her, ya know?

honestly, I'm curious as to the legal status of a school security guard vs. a police officer vs. a regular best buy security guard.

as an aside, unconfirmed rumors have the roided guard yelling "is you learning now!" during the "arrest", followed by "I work hard to put food on my family, pick up that cake"

This is probably of little interest to anybody else, but it shows the god complex of some of these government types.

We are about to turn over a million and a half square feet of international concourse and terminal to our client. No one at this point, contractually (which is all that matters) has any claim to any part of the building but us. Liability issues and such. More than one person has been escorted off by the sheriff because of this. Anyways, this clown from the TSA comes waltzing in demanding access, keys, and codes to an entire floor.

Not asking, demanding.

As we begin to explain to him that the required paperwork had yet to be filed and that those spaces were not the clients, he starts yelling (paraphrasing somewhat)' "YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW TOUGH MY JOB IS PROTECTING THE AMERICAN PUBLIC! I COULD BE CALLED INTO TESTIFY IN FRONT OF CONGRESS AT ANY MOMENT! HOW DARE YOU QUESTION MY AUTHORITY! and so on and so on. A complete caricature of what every big government hater (like myself) would ever think of idiots such as this guy. I casually mumble "Everybody's makes their own choices in life, pal" and leave the room.

These type of individuals and organizations are becoming more brazen everyday. Nearly out of control, at times, in my opinion. And I'm afraid it will only get worse. I have my own ideas on how to confront it, but those take the will of the public.

btw, a year or 6 months ago or something I offered a small prize, ten dollars or something (I mean something that it was pretty easy to see I would not renege on), if anyone could come up with a substantial fact that alex jones had gotten wrong. no one took me up on it. by substantial I just meant that trivial things don't count, like if he said he was live tomorrow and then unexpectedly took it off and aired a rerun or something, or if he said senate bill 8456 but meant 8546, not to say he makes a lot of trivial mistakes, he doesn't.

I mean, to take the north american union. you can disagree about the degree of it, but the factual basis is real, spp.gov and they say they are working to harmonize the laws and regulations of US mex can.

a good fact to dispute is whether say, in texas, the state is selling/leasing existing roads to a foreign corporation which will then operate them as toll roads.

imo, a lot of the confusion is that alex jones will come on the air and talk about things that are planned (like the above centra thing), for which he has concrete documents obtained from the government, etc., but people will say that it is not true in that it has not yet been implemented, which is true it has not yet been implemented, but alex jones never said it had already been implemented, he only reported on the publicly available plan to do it.

post your reasoning that I am a "nut case", and if it is sound I may agree with you and "check myself in". win-win.
