I'd definitely lean under if I was betting the total. USF tends to keep scores down as much as WVU props them up, and it's a nationally televised game where the squares will love betting the over on the 'Eers high-powered offense.

I disagree. I think they can stop the running game and that is their best chance to win - to keep it low-scoring. I'm afraid WVU will hit them with big plays though.
