Default Re: Explaining Color to a Blind Man..or math to prax

OK - these trny summaries are just stupid. I went through all 234 hands tonight and found this, which is my way of doing it - might make no sense to anyone else.

234 hands

Total won: 44

---won outright: 27 (a steal win and a legitimate hand you raise and no one calls look the same - I log them differently - of these 27 hands, 6 were won on third with legit hands. The steals are listed below.)

---folded to as Bring-In: 5

---steal win on 3rd: 12

Total lost: 20

Lost outright: 17 (Which means I put money in there trying to win)

Bring-in and everyone called and I folded on 4th to the first raiser: 3

Total pots entered "voluntarily:" 56
(VPIP is 24% then, right?)

Now, this again is what PStars sent me in the summary:

234 hands played
--saw 4th 40 times (Untrue, I saw 4th a lot more times than that)
--saw 5th 24 times
--saw 6th 16 times

- these stats are only for hands I won -

--went to showdown 11 times (this is true, but it doesn't include the time I got to the river and folded which isn't anywhere here)

So - this is all a mess to me and isn't worth a darn thing. And having it in PT isn't worth anythng, either.

Today - just moments ago, I lost a huge amount and ALL of it was at showdown.

I believe my worm has turned--into a cobra, apparently. If anyone tells me to take the "long view" I will be shipping them a nice woven basket with tight lid. Remove lid, ignore hissing sound, stick in hand.....

prax<---waiting to untilt to play again
