wow.. ban someone for 2 weeks for being a racist? wow

[/ QUOTE ]

Yeah right, not at my B&M, I say rascist jokes semi regularly, but at least they are funny and to people I know.

e.g. After my mate outdraws me and laughs I say 'its ok i know you are vietnamese'

Is that rascist? Well yeah maybe, but whatever it was funny at the time

I hate PC crap!

I heard an old woman (limit regular) make racist comments once and she was asked to leave, for all of 1 day or something. After an Asian man out drew her, she said something like "that's what those people do when they come here."

I guess it wasn't as bad as the N word, but I would have banned her for 2 weeks.

[/ QUOTE ]

N word = worst. sorry but true. perma ban for N word.

saying "that's what THOSE PEOPLE do". warning, no ban.

OP's story, highly unlikely but cool if true. What's the difference between going around and hitting people in public and verbally assaulting them in public. If anything a vicious verbal attack can be more damaging/degrading/insulting. Small, loud mouth wannabees should at least fear getting popped if they go over a line with the wrong guy. ESPECIALLY when they are warned.

FW is on an Indian reservation. State law does not apply.

It depends. CT State law certainly applies with respect to liquor sales. I once asked why the bars had to close at a specific time and was answered "CT law." When I asked why that was since we were technically on sovereign Indian land, I was told that part of the agreement was that CT laws would apply in many cases.

I was playing blackjack on a non-smoking table about 8 years ago at Foxwoods. A guy at the table started smoking. I told him it was a non-smoking table. He wouldn't stop until the floor told him to step away from the table. He stood behind me and blew smoke directly at me. I told him to move away from me, it got heated for a couple of minutes, I stood up, he said "I hope you lose all your money", then walked away. Skinny little weasel too. The pit boss told me it would have been okay if I laid him out because he said he hoped I lost all my money and they heard it. I'm good sized but I'm not a bully and don't really want to pop someone smaller than me, but the pit boss' comment is food for thought.
