Hand 5 is the only one that's bad, fold to the river raise.

Hand 3 is not terrible at all, super read dependant. You said you don't really 3bet light an he doesn't have much of a reason to believe you do, so that should really be an argument for folding, not shoving. I'd imagine you're flipping here like 90% of the time, the other 10% he'll have AK or be making a play with like 67s. A shove is like, neutral EV with super high variance. Pick your poison pretty much.

I like them all apart from 5 which is a fold, but I would spite call just like you did

Oops, didn't see the overcaller was the shover in hand 3, converter is a bit confusing. I'd probably call, folding isn't terrible if you hate variance though
