How do you keep track of players' tendencies live

Usually I just remember. I usually just assign players some sort of generic label. I have a pretty good memory for stuff like this. I can usually notice variations in bet amounts.
Myabe my new blackberry will help though.

I've noticed a lot of players in these more casual environments don't take much stock in the strategy behind poker and will quickly get married to almost any made hand. Donks, fish, you know.
