I guess ill reexplain it.

Two hands ago I stack him and guy to his right with TP, they were chasing obv. He comments "if i hit i have 2k stack, blah blah blah". Anyway he c/c's the flop and at this point the majority of his range is FD's. The turn comes 10 and he makes a weak donkbet, its an awsome card to donkbet b/c its tough for me to like that card and its hard for me to raise, and if i do to call a b/3b, so the turn raise is saying, "I think you have a FD, you need to pay", at which point he min3bets.. which seemed odd to me, it didnt make sense cuz i didnt think he would do this with anything.. so I was confused, but i realized that this bet sets up a PS river shove for the river that he can vbet if he hits or bluffs (basically he wants to shove the river no matter what and this bet sets that up) .. also since its like a min3b its meant for him to confuse me and make him look really strong, I just wasnt buying it. Dont get me wrong.. it was close in real time
