sounds like you are tilted for sure and dont understand variance or the value of hands. reread some books and think about the game. then play properly as best you can. good luck.

It's also helpful to post some big losing hands on the forum and see if/where you went wrong. Sometimes you make the right play and lose....sometimes you make a huge mistake and lose. When i started playing poker online i started in play money and have a ton of chips.So when I'm running bad or tilting i go sit at a play money table and play like a lagtard raising every hand going all in when i get reraised just playing like a nut it always helps me.
If it gets really bad i will just take a week of of poker completely,no play money no books i try not to think about it at all and just clear my head.
