Note that 67 plays way better vs his hand range of {monsters, air, slowplayed overpair or AQ} than AQ or KQ does.. so I guess you continue here with like KK+ ONLY ?

i think on this board, you are prob right that he has nuts/air here for the most part.
with the nuts i expect him to bet the turn always
well, seeing as he's giving us odds to stack him, we can call and just fold any turn where we miss. regardless, the call is still profitable.
i think with air, he gives up extremely often (won't say 100%, but certainly a very high percentage). He also slows down with his KQ type hands that he might not fold to a shove on the flop (depending on how he plays and image and everything).
So, when he checks, I plan on moving in on the turn. Its like a slightly better version of the flop push, simply because he can't get away from any type of hand that bets the turn, which we will have crushed with the nutzors when we hit.

vs typical 400NL tight tag I agree with this except for the air part.

For one, I don't think his play is going to be that clear cut on the turn after you call flop. He can certainly check his monsters, given the board and the fact that there will be less than a PSB left. If he is in fact bluffing on the flop, some of the time he may just say f it and stick it in on the turn, given how strong he would look, or he might pick something up and prefer to just stick it in and take his FE along with it. I think generally you're gonna know which players are going to be capable of having a much wider range to raise with in this multiway spot, and this guy's range after raising here is most likely all big hands.
