its a race vs. other people too right? If so then go through 3 beers first half hour and then 3 an hour for the next 3 and eat the case of sliders at a reasonable pace, 1/beer should be good. You'll then have 12 left after 3.5 hrs and you can probably finish in 8 total. You need to finish the beer asap and then just drink the milk as you can, it'll probably take 4hrs to do that.

This is tough since you are not a drinker. I would drink the case of beer and eat all the burgers in about 6 hours. This would leave time for this to settle before I hit the milk.
