The candles and doves blows my mind. I have no idea how he's doing anything after the sleeves come up (and frankly probably no idea about the before, either.)

I have only seen Lance Burton once, but the show was very good (he opened with the doves and candles),

I've seen him once as well, and the only thing I was able to catch was the third candle coming out of his vest. I wasn't even looking at it, but from the angle I had on the stage I noticed it.

Isn't 0:45 like an obv cut? I am not sure.

I think sleight of hand is cool, but magic with cameratricks is teh ghey.

I thought that too at first, but then I watched it from by frame and its not, and you can actually see how he does it, you can see him toss the bird in the air and put the glove in his pocket. Dunno why it looks "glitchy" at normal speed, I guess its just the angle it was shot at, and the way the bird flew off in contrast with the very dark background

you can catch him putting the candles in his jacket I didn't need to slow it down for that. But really cool, The bird tricks always amaze me. Like where the F, are they hiding the birds

I still don't know where the effing birds are coming from. It's crazy.

I can see finding a spot for one or two birds... but like 4-5? I guess this is why they open with these tricks usually... they don't want to hold 20 birds in their jacket for 90 minutes...

lance burton is pretty amazing, as i have always much preferred actual adroit skill as opposed to the ultra-lame production acts of criss angel/copperfield etc.

he went to the same highschool as me, and is one of the reasons i have minor sleight of hand skills.

My dad does magic. He used to have doves but not anymore. One of the tricks to working with the doves is to exercise them(make them flap there wings) right before the act. Gets them tired and they tend to be still and not fly around much.
