If we 3bet and Vehn 4bet the turn I would think this is a pretty trivial fold.

would you fold immediately or on riv?

instantly. if he 4bets the turn we draw dead.

If this is worth value betting it would follow that we should have 3 bet the turn I think. Or is the fact that he now checks on a complete blank enough new information to make a turn non-3 bet but now river value bet correct?

Personally I would be 3 betting the turn here against a lot of my friends but its a weird line he took for sure. Also I hate free showdown raises but this is a good board for the turn 3 bet and take a free showdown unimproved line because of the hearts though he could muster a crying call with a lot I guess. Sort of interesting hand I think but it depends a lot on what you two do against each other so everything besides that is all just a decent TAG on TAG exercise.

imo 3betting this turn is really bad.

Do you and Vehn have a spew-history like alot of friends have? This is the main reason why I thought he might be trying to cr the river.

not really. we will occasionally get out line, but i think we both know that the other never folds anything ever.

This makes it closer, but I still don't think he pays off w/ a worse hand. I would more interested in seeing what he has than the minute chance that you make 60 bucks.
