there are some clips that show him being good here. 1:20 is pretty much what no other qb could do on the dolphins.

Saying he was good at winning implies he can perform in the playoffs...

Also, being able to panic and scramble outside of the pocket doesn't make a QB 'good.' In reality, I think that's when he threw his million and 1 interceptions.

Fiedler was decent at times, but I wouldn't label him as a good starting QB.
