Re: I help rip off an action player
Maybe but I've seen occasional but blatant cheating also in my rare visits. As far as "running the film," I have reason to believe that CAZ surveillance doesn't have a clue. Yeah, you're on your own. Keep your eyes open. The OP did the right thing. The dealer either was an idiot or helped out somebody who's going to help him out in the parking lot. But there's a limit to what we can do about it when we're not ourselves in law enforcement.
[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] Finally, if you are unsure as to the fairness of the game, I would recommend leaving the game or room in question. [/ QUOTE ] The games at Casino Arizona are fair and the room is well run. If the floor had been called they would've checked the film. It depends on how far DesertCat wants to go w/ it. He's a decent man and it seems to me that his conscience (that sometimes inconvenient burden) is bothering him. But, again, he tried, the dealer insisted he was wrong and that's good enough for me. As far as "running the film," I have reason to believe that CAZ surveillance doesn't have a clue...... [/ QUOTE ] The times I've seen them check the film the floor came back with a detailed description of the action. I trust them completely in that regard. I don't know how well you know the floor people at CAZ but they are hard working, conscientious and honest. [ QUOTE ] The dealer either was an idiot or helped out somebody who's going to help him out in the parking lot. [/ QUOTE ] For crying out loud! The dealer is going to lose a good paying job w/ excellent benefits for a few dollars? Come on! |

Re: I help rip off an action player
DC,
It sounds like you gave a reasonable effort. Beyond that, it's up to AP to lobby further. If AP is lobbying and getting shut down, THEN perhaps it's on you to more strongly support him. But it sounds like you did just about the right amount here. |
