maybe i just think this play is pretty strong. Like if villan bets 1/2 pot or something near that amount i would call probably. Everybodys advice of 3 betting is terrible we are paying way to much to define our hand and nothing worse calls.

I certainly see your point machine and I think you bring up valid questions to ask yourself throughout a hand in this situation. You definately have some great critical thinking going on during the game. Definately on the right tracks to move up in stakes. =)

I just think without a read I am felting this. Maybe I'm just a huge donk. =) If anything you will have a nice read after this.

If Hero is more aggressiv than villain, and villain is understood to be capable of thinking, why not assume villain thinks Hero is c-betting with any hand he raises preflop? Ok villain makes a min-raise on the flop, kindof looks as though he wants a call, but is that enough to give him that much credit?

Assuming there is a certain chance he doesn´t have all that much, why not call flop as though we are afraid of his raise, thus encouraging his weaker hands to try again on the turn, and we can then check-raise?

I used to really like how you played this but I think I have a better way (: I kept thinking that you just can't fold an over pair OOP whenever you get min raised. I put myself in the opponents position, I will sometimes minraise if I hit top pair because people are so worried about it, if someone calls the raise then checks the turn I put him on top pair or something close that doesnt want to bloat the pot, therefor as the opponent I will bet the turn and possibly even the river dependant on circumstances. So instead of reraising like others have suggested which might be to around $12ish, call his flop raise and lead the turn for $6-7. You might fold out the odd draw, slow down TPTK and if you get raised again you can fold knowing your beat 90% of the time. This play has the similar fold equity of the reraise and possibly more so against a missed draw while costing you half the price.

A set is a definite possibility, but TP that picks up a flush draw does this same line enough for you to get the money in, especially against a player with his post-flop aggression. It would take me many more hands before I believe a 0 PFR means he cold calls with AA/KK pf. I would expect the raise to come on the turn (and not to be a min raise) if he's playing a set. The board is super dry, and he'd be shutting down turn bluffs by overcards and overpairs with a flop min-raise.
