In England if a company does that they're responsible for getting it back, not you - ie they arrange for a courier or whatever. 9 times out of 10 it's not worth it and they'll tell you to keep it (even if you phone up and tell them of the mistake).

Lol yeah, was just about to say. If it takes more than about 5 minutes of my time they can forget it. I would probably do it if they send a dude to my house to pick it up, but I doubt they would.
