Carton of 18 eggs expires tomorrow. Should I gogogo?

The expiration dates put on egg cartons are typically 30 days after the production date. This is when the yolk starts getting flat and will easily break when fried.

Eggs are still good for baking, omelettes, scrambled, etc for another 30 days after the expiration date. So, no hurry, but if you've set your mind on it, go for it.

Another somewhat interesting fact, eggs age 5 times faster at room tempurature than refrigerated, which means 12 days on the counter and say bye bye.
