I can at least give you a good reason why whore isn't censored when a word similar to "slot" is. In poker, bonus whoring refers to signing up at many different sites just for their deposit bonuses. Once you've earned the bonus, you leave. People who do this are known as bonus whores. Since this forum was at some point primarily a poker forum, keeping whore uncensored is important for discussion about bonuses.

That being said, the guy who owns this site is a pretty straight and narrow guy who never ever swears. We actually had a mod here who's name was [censored]. When Mason addressed him, he'd spell out every letter rather than choosing his curse word of choice to save letters typing. He'd actually capitalize it as [Censored] so you knew that he typed it out and wasn't swearing.

Edit: And really, just type out your swear words of choice in your posts and let the filter censor them. Everyone will know what word you were going for in 90% of the cases.
