I think this hand is pretty close to standard, and the river is debatable. We just sucked out on any PP below TT (not 66), so I really want to value bet here. I am checking to see what villain's WTSD is. If it is high, then I like a bet, he's calling with his counterfeit 2 pr. However is aggro is actually high enough that I wouldn't call him passive (I like to see what he really bets with tho), and he may bet a weaker hand when we check to him. I think folding is my least favorite option because we are probably ahead of his range.

The more I look at this, I don't think he is raising anything we beat, so I like a bet.
