Take language classes and get a student visa. (Note: I am not an expert on this)

if you are hoping of getting a visa to live there you are borderline delusional

[/ QUOTE ] This describes Switzerland pretty well also.

Is there any good way to move to/live in Switzerland without being a citizen?

Last time I checked you can get a residency permit in Bulgaria if you keep at least $3000 in a checking account there. They're and EU member now, so if you stay long enough to apply for citizenship (5 years, I think) you'll be able to live in any EU country.

Also, are any of your grandparents European immigrants? If so, you may be able to obtain a permit by proving it. It depends on the country, but Italy, for example, will allow you to apply for citizenship if a grandparent is from Italy.
