Last time I checked you can get a residency permit in Bulgaria if you keep at least $3000 in a checking account there. They're and EU member now, so if you stay long enough to apply for citizenship (5 years, I think) you'll be able to live in any EU country.
Also, are any of your grandparents European immigrants? If so, you may be able to obtain a permit by proving it. It depends on the country, but Italy, for example, will allow you to apply for citizenship if a grandparent is from Italy. |
