I did the 1 litre in 1 minute, my friend did it in 18 seconds the 1st time he tried (best I've seen, would have done it in under 8, but had to belch when about 90% done). I think via stretching the stomach I could get my 1 litre time under 30 seconds and I would be able to do a 2 litre boot.

one cheap easy meal you could do a couple times a day is just forcing down a few lbs of salad in one sitting. It gonna pass through you easily, not fatten you up, and i saw a professional "eater" on tv do it for training so its gotta work.

And get mega shitfaced a couple times this week to really push your alcohol tolerance to its peak. Yeah you should be paying me for all this advice, ldo.

As for chugging, speed-wise I'm like 120-1 lifetime with my only loss coming to this kid down in florida on spring break, but I have no idea what my volume chugging numbers would be like.

You want to eat more and more in one sitting.

That way, your stomach has to stretch to take in that extra food.
