[/ QUOTE ] I'm in favor of underage gamblers cashing out. Seriously, underage gambling laws are intended to protect minors from something they may not be mature enough to handle. They shouldn't be an excuse to steal money from our children. Even though I realize it often works that way. I don't see anything wrong with helping someone under 18 cash out their own money.
