Basically...there will be 32 people in the 2nd round....in the bracket as pictured in OP...

There is the facility, (within Bracket maker) to pick who you think will win each matchup all the way to the final...so what you do is - You select in each matchup who you think will win from the 2nd round to the final before the 2nd round starts...

So everyone who wants to play - escrows $50 and then makes their picks...the tourney plays out as normal and the person who gets the most picks correct wins the money....

In the event of a tie it goes to the most correct pics...afaik

Apparently, it can be also done 1pt for every correct 2nd round pick, 2pts for next round and so on and so forth...for example
