The table pays a BBJ whenever aces full of tens (AAATT) or better gets beat.
On the turn, it was AAA[AQ] beating AAA[JJ].
On the river, it became AAAK[A] beating AAA[JJ].
A rule for bad beat jackpots is that all pocket cards have to play, the river King out kicked the pocket Q, so the Q doesn't play and the hand no longer qualifies for the 15k jackpot.
