Bad nits like to slowplay their overpairs, because they are afraid their hand is face up if they play it fast, because of their nitty image. And well, even AJ is possible here.

Never ever fold in this spot. Easy shove.

Shoving the river is like the worst advice ever. This is a pretty easy c/c. You extracted close to the maximum if you're ahead and lost the minimum when behind.
