I'm not as convinced as everyone else is that this was definitely staged. I've seen the whole video and judging from the way the she seemed genuinely surprised when she came to and the trash talking she did after the guy finished (He said something like "Thanks bitch" and she said "Who you calling bitch" etc.) it seemed legitimately spontaneous. It could still be staged, but I don't think it's as clear cut as some are suggesting.

[ QUOTE ] It's really sad that without even going to the site, I know what video you're talking about. I always thought these videos were staged though. [/ QUOTE ] Quoted for depressing truth. I have hella issues with anybody getting off to rape porn. These sites are just [censored] creepy. [/ QUOTE ] Is the one with the chick who is on X? |

obviousy staged as others said, but let's say it wasn't staged, hypothetically. then the original disrobing while she is passed out is wrong(not rape, but wrong, it would have been maybe attempted date rape had she woke up and refused), but she did later consent, so it is not rape. you could argue whether or not she was able to consent in this situation [/ QUOTE ] This isn't right. It's rape if the girl (or guy) isn't able to consent under sound mind. If she's pass-out drunk, she can literally later wake up sober, think "WTF did I do?", and bring you up on rape charges. Often the offender will not get sentenced too harshly, but it's still a rape conviction. This is a pretty common misunderstanding that was repeated pretty regularly in my criminal justice classes. - C - |

There used to be this site called Drizzunk.com that was just these two dudes named Micah and Blair who posted party pictures from parties around Isla Vista. Then College [censored] Fest started sponsoring the parties to get party footage for their [censored] (the actual porn, as I understand it was filmed in a studio). Eventually dirzzunk got sold, CFF started sucking a lot more and hasn't had new content in years. |

It is even tougher to get a date rape conviction, because evidence means nothing. It's a he said-she said situation and without witnesses, very tough. Which is the way it should be. |
