cleaner... why are you feeling a fold? i just don't get how this hand played out you put him on a flush? your ahead of so many hands, just wondering the logic of a fold to a call

Cleaner, if you're arguing on the folding line, why are you raising then if you're just going to fold to a raise anyway? I don't see how you can bet/fold this at $50 NL here. Baby flush is very possible here or top 2 pair.

Calling on a draw, hitting the third nuts, and then saying "Oh wait, I didn't want THAT much action" seems incredibly weak tight to me.

Re: hit backdoor flush, I raise river, get shoved-reraised. Standart
don't forget the possibility of an incredibly stupid slowplay. Last night I was OOP with suited connectors. Villian gave me two free cards and I hit a backdoor flush on a 2579T board. I bet out and villian pushed ~100bbs, I called and villian mucked KK.
Of course this isn't the most likely scenario, but with these kind of players around, I think the pot odds are there to call. And what Ace would he have? It probably wouldnt bother me to lose to AJ, a royal isn't likely. he could have A7s or less, but if he raised A7s from the cutoff, hit runner, runner flush the same hand we hit runner, runner flush, I'll probably go broke to that too. |
