[/ QUOTE ]

absolutely the case

btw it's barely higher - it might as well be the same

stop c-betting so damn much. so down a weak hand from time to time you would have otherwisse bet.

my cbet is like 75%. i see so many people with 90+ and its so easy to expliot

[/ QUOTE ]

probably a good idea

mine is around 85 % right now i should shave it down a bit more

[/ QUOTE ]

esp if you play laggy. im a 17/12/3 nit and tried running like 22/18 recently to the tune of -7BI. your cbets just dont get the respect they do if you play tighter. may have alot to do with it

Because those calculations don't take a lot of things into account. For instance coolers and having to fold because of heavy aggression or bad boards.

It's a possibility, but the greater likelihood is that OP is confusing running bad with playing bad.

if you subtract the blue line from the green line, this will show you roughly if you're outplaying people in smaller pots.

you have a graph with the blue line?

i think this means that i play well, run bad, and have a strong distaste for poker right now [image]http://http://bp3.blogger.com/_pyYL5h5rYoM/Rqdt4jzY7aI/AAAAAAAAAEA/CW7_YM_zm4A/s1600-h/no+this+means+you+run+bad.emf[/image]

graph

Graph the red line vs. the blue line only.

If the blue line is higher, you're running hot w/ respect to all-ins before the river. If the red line is higher, you're not running well in all-ins before the river. Use the "luck" tab in the newest version of PokerEV. This is really the only way this program can be used with reliable results currently.

The green line is your actual total winnings, but this has very little to do with how well you are running. I think this is the main reason they pulled PokerEV's previous public beta, the green line in relationship to the other lines is too inaccurate and misleading with various styles of play.

So basically 100% disregard the green line in the context of how you are running. If you want to take something from it though, some of the best players to post graphs have had their green lines well above the red and blue ones (meaning they win a bunch of money w/o going to showdown). But like I said, take that information with a grain of salt, the program is far from perfect at dealing with anything but all-ins before the river.
