Edited for nitiness consistency: Unless he has K8 or KK it changes nothing. If he did have K8 we were already losing though, and if he has either of them we've just entered the realm of the drawing dead. (Well, we do have one out if he has KK).

If this is true, then you shouldn't be stealing w/ a below average hand since he's calling every time. Steal range needs to be tightened up against this type of player.

Edit: I'm assuming the 0.000 means he never folds his BB to a steal.
