your numbers indicate that you are defending out the blinds too much and calling down weak too much.

Try only calling in the blinds with small to med pairs if you think your opponent will pay off a set. Stop calling on the flop so much. If your hand is good enough to play, it should be good enough for a raise.

sammy tranks, i don't get that at all...

as for basically everything else said, i agree, especially calling down too much and defending out of the blinds too often with trash. as for playiing too many tables, i've really only been 2 tabling, but the night i 4 tabled (drunk too) i went on a sick bad run and lost like 4 buyins in something like 30 minutes.

i'm actually reading right now about how to use PokerEV, but yes. also, i never specifically said this is all from running bad, i know i'm doing a lot of things wrong.
