Um, checking behind turn here isn't nitty, it's kind of smart given the flop was 3-bet.

people advocating the nitty lines dont play enough hu

I assume when you said you wanted to bet 950 it was 'bet 950 and snap call a shove' right?

Nothing to do with being nitty man, but you have to read him for a hand we beat and not a flop float of the 3bet oop.

yah the more i think a/b it the more i like bet/calling, he could have AxXh, and be c/r semibluffin turn, but u kno this is a spot hugely dependent on the flow of the match, if uve been pwnin him, then he could c/r as light as a bare ace.

I especially like a bet because the A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] is not on the board.

good point.. i think i like a bet even more then b/c hes prob going to shove w/ the Ah fo sho and possibly any other ace.. anybody like the idea of betting small-ish so that it might actually induce him to overshove? ehh i guess 950 or so is fine.

i think the problem with checking back here and vbetting the river is that it looks a ton like what it is. if villain is willing to call a bet somewhere reading your hand for a bluff, the turn is where it is imo.
