[/ QUOTE ] I think he meant for free since he's offering it. 200nl is very different to 10nl, you're far more limited in the plays you can make. For a 21 VPIP you should be aiming for about 15-17 PFR. At microstakes you should be cbetting nearly every flop so your Flop AF should be very high, about 5. Try to get your went to show down to low to mid 20s, your probably chasing and calling too much. Most microstakes players are very passive, when they bet you'll often be in bad shape. You should also be stealing blinds a lot more, somewhere between 35-50% would be good, it's very profitable. Go through pokey's post on pokertracker, you can find it in the small stakes or micro stakes stickies, post or pm me screen shots or jony if he's coaching you and it should be easy enough to spot some more leaks.

and OP, a lot of your stats seem off. If you're playing a 18/13 type of game your AF should be much much higher. You're aiming to play only good hands and get paid as much as possible on them, not just minbet every street..

From your stats I would guess that your problem is that you are cold-calling raises with so-called trouble hands like QJ, KJ, AT, etc. and calling down a lot when you flop a piece. Playing these hands is a major leak if you can't play them well postflop, and it appears that you cannot. There's nothing wrong with tightening up in marginal situations if you cannot seem to make a profit in them.
Cold-call preflop less, call down postflop less, cbet more, value bet more.
