Well, it has continued into today, but I just wanted to make sure that this is common and poker isn't out to get me. I haven't been playing for too long, and I haven't hit an unlucky streak like this yet, so it has been frustrating, but I am confident that it will pass.

Welcome to poker. Get used to it. Quick take on variance:

Let's say you get 1-outered four times in a row when all the money goes in on the turn. odds are 1 in 4,477,456. Far from impossible. But if it happens to you, then you might feel like the game is rigged against you.

Lol. OP you make me smile. I have had aces cracked all in preflop twice today, by kings on both occasions.

I've also mislicked for about 50 blinds on two occasions.

I misclicked 300 blinds total couple days ago, beat that!

I have run that bad before in critical situations(which is an entirely different scenario).

And it's not like you take a few bad beats here and there...its like you're ahead 80-20 and you're not expecting to win. It's when your down to the bubble you get busted with kings by ace rag everytime. You start to really notice it when your SNG or game was on the line which I've had happen.

Thanks genius. I actually only posted some of the worst ones. I didn't want to post 60/40 situations and things like that.

I'm talking about hundreds of heads up situations here over the past few days. I really think I've been losing at least 75% when I'm the clear favorite, at least 75% of coinflips, and at least 90% when I'm behind. Sorry I can't give you a more accurate number to crunch on...
